Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee live, healthy arrival as long as the package is received and signed for on the first delivery attempt. All our animals are guaranteed to be 100% healthy, feeding, and problem free. In the unfortunate event of a DOA, we must be notified by email within 4 hours of receiving the package. We ask that you attach a photo and save the animal until hearing from us. DOA’s will be refunded or replaced. We will work with the customer to find the best solution.
Health Guarantee: If you have any health concerns about the of your new arrival, we must hear about it within the first 7 days. We have put an enormous amount of time and resources into our ball python collection and are very proud of the quality of the snakes we produce and sell. We are confident that you will be happy!
Feeding Issues: All our ball pythons are feeding at the time of sale. The babies we sell are very well started. We feed appropriately sized live rodents. If you have problems getting your new snake to feed, please get in touch with us so we can help you.
Spider “wobble”: It is widely known in the hobby today that most ball pythons with the spider gene have a head wobble. In our experience, snakes with this wobble do not have any feeding or breeding issues. A wobble can be present at the time of hatching or develop as the snake grows. A “wobble” does not qualify as a health problem in our health guarantee.
Sex Guarantee: We have sexed thousands of snakes and are good at it, but occasionally we make a mistake. We ask that any questions or problems regarding the sex of a snake we sell be taken care of within the first 7 days. Again, this very rarely occurs.
Shipping Address and Contact Info: Please double check all your shipping/contact info. All guarantees will be null and void if the package goes to the wrong address or we are unable to get in touch with you if shipping issue arises.
All Sales Are Final: We have run into issues in the past where we were holding animals, waiting for a safe shipping day and the customer asks for a refund. This is something that we cannot do, please make sure you think through your purchase.
Payment Plans: We are not currently accepting payment plans for auction sales.
